We offer classes for every level. During our group sessions everyone can get the individual attention they need. Please show up 10-15 minutes early. 

 
 

Muay Thai - All Levels

Join now to learn the Art of Eight Limbs (fists, elbows, knees, and shins).  Simply put - this is how and where to learn Muay Thai. The workout consists of a warmup, stretches, strength-conditioning, and series of Muay Thai techniques. Novices and experts are welcome -. 

Muay Thai - Advanced 

Tuesdays, Thursdays
6pm – 7:30pm

Saturdays
11am – 12:30pm

Once you have solid foundations -  we turn the cardio up some notches, repeat the fundamentals, and incorporate advanced techniques.

Combine your fundamentals, conditioning, techniques, coordination, and the expert instruction you've received to hit and not get hit. 

Boxing - All Levels

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays
6pm – 7pm

Learn the fundamentals of the sweet science. Basic punches, combinations, footwork, and defense. 

 

Boxing - Intermediate/Advanced - Sparring

Absolute beginners, professional fighters, and weekend warriors are all welcome. Learn the art of Brazilian style catch wrestling/submission grappling. This workout begins with a warm-up jog, grappling specific stretches, and followed by detailed study of techniques, and some rolling (sparring).

Sign up for a single session or packages of 5, or 10 sessions for a discounted rate. Private lessons are catered to your specific needs and fitness level. Use this as an opportunity to accelerate your learning, growth, and improve your skill level. Private Lessons can be on flex-schedule to accommodate your needs so make sure to coordinate with the head coach. - Please note these classes are by appointments only
